Did you know that fewer than 6% of the 250 top-grossing films have been made by women? LUNAFEST was established in 2000 by LUNA, to promote women filmmakers and to raise awareness and support for women’s issues.
LUNAFEST is a program of short films that travels throughout the US and Canada.
100% of LUNAFEST proceeds are donated to women’s nonprofit organizations.
You can give back simply by attending a screening near you or by hosting your own LUNAFEST to benefit your favorite cause.
