A few random questions...
Any pre-race superstitions?
"During a time when I crashed a lot, I noticed I was always wearing a red pony-tail holder... after that I switched to blue."
What is the most embarrassing thing that has happen to you at a race?
"The year I qualified for my first collegiate nationals as the only woman on the team with six guys, one of whom I had a huge crush on. As we warmed up for the road race my crush came up to me and said, "I don't know how to tell you this, but you're not supposed to wear underwear under your bike shorts." I was horrified! I raced to the nearest porta-potty, took off my underwear, shoved them in my jersey pocket and then went straight to the start line."
Anything else to say?
"Being on the LUNA Team is a once-in-a-lifetime experience getting to represent one of the most forward-thinking, innovative and environmentally responsible companies in the world... it doesn't get much better than that!"
